The main answer I was looking for was St. Mungo's Hospital (for Magical Maladies and Injuries). Specifically, it was the Janus Thickey Ward (a long-term ward).

2. (200 points, -100 if wrong) Who was supposed to be watching over Harry when Dementors attacked him and Dudley, and who actually found them?

Mundungus Fletcher was supposed to be on guard, and Mrs. Figg found them.

lol the bonus question is a really good example of how when I answer listing questions from memory, I get super lazy and hardly get any answers. Reading it, I'm like damn I can't believe I didn't think of those people! But if I'd actually looked it up, I would have found them.

Never mind I saw his real name on the list, Tom Marvolo Riddle.
