Okay so you right click and choose "Open in new tab" and then when it pulls up, you should be able to hover your pointer over it and get a plus sign inside a magnifying glass. Click it and it should zoom in for you.

What options does it give you? And do you have a mac or a PC? And what internet browser are you using?

save, email, print, copy and a few others....im on my laptop pc not a mac and using internet explorer

There's your issue right there. I can't STAND IE. It just doesn't work right. For anything. I have to use it for work because the idiots who wrote my work program wrote it optimal for IE.   Beyond that, I use Google Chrome. You should download it and try it out. It runs a lot smoother and loads everything a lot faster.
