I feel so confused & alone

I been ttc for 5 years after my son I wanted my kids close well no luck then I went to the hospital on new years & found out I was pregnant finally well yesterday I started bleeding a little so I went to the hospital & my hcg level dropped from 530 to 73 in less than two days the doctor told me im having a miscarriage im so depressed I was so excited after so long

No I just figured there was always a reason.

I never thought this could happen to me I keep praying that the Dr is wrong but I know there not.
I Keep hoping my baby is ok.

You should get tested if you've been trying for 5 years straight with the same partner.

But I got pregnant & now im losing it.

The cramps are getting worse.

I understand that. But, if it has taken you 5 years to get to this point and you are losing it, there may be something going on.
