Bring him in to get medicine. Tell him to dab the tip with tp.

He may have an infection but the only way to know is to take him to the doctor. I have never heard of boys wiping but never had a boy so no infections to take care of on one either.

Niether have i and my mom keeps insisting on him getting tiolet paper and wiping which i tell her no since he knows how to shake it but she tells him to, then he will do it at home

I'd bring him to the doctor it's not normal to have ur privates hurt. I would clean it for him til it gets better.

I used a wipe on him today rather than toilet paper

If he has an infection wiping won't hurt but it's noot going to get rid of the infection either so it's probably just a judgment call.

Could the white be toilet paper stuck? And did you ask your DS if the pain is while he is going potty or maybe all the time?

It didnt look like toilet paper. it look like some sort of liquid and ts when he goes pee but not always

Check him our and make sure it's not like cottage cheesy...it could be a yeast infection.
