Any Ahwatukee area moms

posted 4th Jan
Does anyone in the South East Phoenix area have a recommendation for daycare. DD is 17 mo and I need to start looking for a job so it's time to research some daycares. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

TIA

Did you like them there? Feel safe? That's not far from me so that would be a good location no matter which direction I went to get a job. Was it a long time ago, or do you remember the pricing? I'm soooo new to all of this!

She only went for about a month because we moved but I had her in an in home before that and I felt much better about La petite. There is a code that only parents know to get in the door or you have to be buzzed in. I wasnt a huge fan of the infant room but im not a fan of infant rooms in general. AZ law is 1 care provider to every 5 infants, how can one person properly care for 5 crying infants at once is beyond me but thats a state issue not a center. My daughter got a report card every day. How many times she peed, pooped, what she ate. She had her own crib with a drawer so I could leave diapers and wipes and such. They even let me leave the car seat because i dropped off and my husband picked up most days. This was about 2.5 years ago and I wanna say I paid $200-250 a week. Prices went down the older your child was. The children there seemed to generally happy and playful. At the time they had no issues with the state. If we hadn't moved I would of kept her there.

Thank you very much that was very helpful!
