Any Ideas? Please Help?

I will be 38 weeks tomorrow and well today my stomach has been getting so tight it feels as if i can not breath , also my hips feel like they are gonna fall apart they are so painful! & my vag has so much pressure it is like its gonna explode at any minute . I have been having some spotting too , but just when i wipe , nothing gets on my panties. I am a ftm and have no clue what is going on , should i call my ob or wait til my appt monday? Also just started having sharp pains "down there"

Those are contractions. Are you timing them?

Spotting sounds like the loss of mucus plug. As long as the blood isn't bright red and is orange-ish, brown, or pink, you're okay. If it's bright red it could be placental abruption and you should call the doc. Make sure you are feeling baby move normally and start timing your contractions.

you should call your doctor ASAP that sounds like labor.
