I go into work whenever they need me, I bend over backwards for them. So I looked at the schedule this week and only have 12 hrs. yeap 12. Funny thing is the people who call in all the time have 40 hrs. WTF?!?!

Yeap. That's why I work from home now. I don't miss that shady smurf at all.   Sorry you gotta deal with that!

I would be LIVID!! This happened to me once. I had seniority and I was supposed to have at least one more hour a week than the person below me and all the time I was getting only 4 hours a week because for some reason the manager didnt like me...and he told my sister this! Luckily for me we had a union and I was moved to a different location. He was eventually let go.

I just want to cry. I need the hours. I'm so glad I decided to pick up a second job. I'm so thankful that I have the opportunity to pick up a second job. If this second job takes off like planned then I'm going to quit the one I have now.

I would just bluntly, but calmly, ask my boss why. Maybe there is a reason, or a resolution that could come from that.

my boss doesn't do the schedule and as of Tuesday she won't work for the company anymore. I tried to talk to her about it and she said it wasn't her problem seeing as she isn't going to be working there anymore. I'm just about to say smurf it and tell them not to even put me on the schedule anymore since even working 12 hrs a week I won't qualify for cash assistance and I sure in the hell won't be able to pay anything near my bills.

Yeah I work from home too. My hours fluctuate, but I normally get about 30 hrs a week
