She seems to hold a lot of useless hositility. She holds him to a lot of double standards as well. She has a new boyfriend every few weeks/months.. brings her son to their houses, etc.. Seems to "move in" with each of the boyfriends. But my boyfriend isn't allowed to even drop off/pick up his son with a "girl" in the car. lol.

She sounds insecure and immature. I feel so sorry that that poor little boy   I think that your SO may have to take her to court again after she finds out.

Yeah he probably will. I don't see how she keeps getting away with breaking court order. If he did, he'd be in trouble.

I'd suggest getting a better lawyer. I'd take her back to court for custody rights.

Yeah definitely.. apparently he's supposed to get him EVERY weekend.. but felt bad so switched it to every other weekend.

i deal with something similar, My bf has a 3 year old daughter. She is his little angel and he WILL NOT inforce any type of rules or discipline for her acting out, he can't stand to see his babygirl with a frown or upset. Well I have a son due next month and I want my son to grow up and realise that screamimg WILL NOT get you want you want nor will hitting ect. I want him to be respectful when adults are talking. His daughter does not understand any of that, she screams and cries if I tell her to pleas elet me finish my sentence with an adult or if she wants something and her dad won't giv eit to her she starts a tantrum. I have learned that he may not inforce the rules or the respect issue but I AM. His daughter and I get a long very well even though I don't let her get away with half of what her dad does, and I try to get her to help clean up toys. But that's when we are alone together, when dad comes into the picture with us she turns right back into a disrepectful toddler. I am working on that though. That is more of my bf(her father) issue than hers. Bc she knows when I leave she has no rules again......not going to raise my baby like that. In the long run she grows us confused and without any type of schedule or routine
