Should I have already missed my period 3 weeks after interco

I I had sex Dec 17 & today is Jan 4th. Its been 3 weeks since intercourse should I have already missed my period. My last one was Dec 6th & my cye is 28-29 days. Should AF have already came by now? Can I test?
