What kind? You can just google around and find free printables, and then make your own in a 3 ring binder. I guess that's easier if you have a laminator and everything, but that is what I do.

Not sure what you are looking for in a planner but I have an Erin Condren one, a little pricey but totally worht it. Breaks down to 7-10 cents a day depending on the options.
