why the hell are you having to pay him if its 50/50 than neither of you should be paying anything to each other. you should be splitting everything that involves your son in half

I wish that was the case. Medical/dental bills & child care are supposed to be split half and half but he doesn't pay up.

yea you definitly do. I am starting the whole child support issue now with my kids father and its just so much of a hassle
