anyone ever had.....

an issue with anxiety during pregnancy, i have anxiety normally but not all the time but in certain situations i will have panic attacks like when im in a crowded place or if there is arguing and yelling but it seems like everyday now i end up shaky and sick to my stomach and my heart is constantly racing i do have a heart murmur so is this from the murmur or is it something with my pregnancy cus i didn't have this with my other 2.

Near the end of my pregnancy I had sever anxiety, and for no reason. Like I wasn't thinking about having my baby soon and panicking, it would mostly happen when I was trying to sleep or just minding my own business.

yeah i had the pre labor jitters with my other 2 but im only in my 4th month so i cant figure it out for the life of me

Yes mine get so bad that i pass out and have seizures. Mainly at the doctors. Horrible white coat syndrome. Ive been super stessed latly because i HATE needles and hospitals

yea i have done that not at the doc tho i have asthma tho too so it gets dangerous at times i hate anxiety and the worst thing is my son is showing signs of it with his nervous ticks the doc told me it was hereditary and my mom has it and my hubby has it so my son got a double whammy i just hope thats not the case

yea really i have had this prob since i was a young child i was 4 when i started to worry about dying and diseases i was diagnosed at 8 with being a hypochondriac, anxiety, bipolar depression and add/adhd and as i got older it got worse i developed ocd as a result of my anxiety like even numbers and having to say i love you 4 times and it has to be the last thing said and heard or i worry that person will die and i wont get to tell them i love them and my son grunts and clears his throat as well as blinks hard it worries me alot

Well all i can suggest is putting him in ocd therapy?

he dont have ocd i do lol at least i hope he doesnt my hubby took psychology so he is working with me on my ocd probs

thats the funny part he doesnt have his degree lol he dropped out of college when his mom died he couldnt deal with college and grief at the same time but he is going back im so proud of him he is a regional genius and needs to do something great with that brain of his and yea trust me its so frustrating arguing with someone that knows psychology and that is a genius i hate it lol but at least my kids got their smarts from him lol
