I'm gonna explode

I know my step daughters mom is always shipping her off places. Like she calls my husband parents all the time to watch her and has several different sitters. Well my step daughter just busted out crying about how her mom never wants her around and her mom makes her stay the night at other people's house a lot. She had another panic attack so we are doing deep breathing. I'm disgusted. Remember ladies, if you don't wanna take responsibility please think of adoption. A child's life is nothing to mess with, or use as a weapon.

  Is there any way you guys could get custody? I hate hearing stories like this.

Then take her full time mama. She needs stability and seems like she wont get that unless shes with her dad full time.

We had pictures of her at the bar on several occasions and the type of clothes she sends my daughter in. The judge bitched her out but didn't change custody. My husbands case worker told him he shouldn't have went for full custody without a lawyer. :/ I'm really thinking about getting a lawyer now.

I cried. It is the saddest thing I've seen. Now I'm cuddling her up to show her she does have someone who loves her.

you guys REALLY should. A lawyer is your best bet.

can you guys take her instead of going to a sitter's all the time? Although, in her head...it's still going to be, "mommy doesn't want me".

The fact that she took her out of counseling that CPS ordered should help us also. CPS should of took her when they wanted too. We would have full custody if they would of.

Yes it should. I mean if I wouldn't have had a lawyer I wouldn't have gotten what I have, yeah I wish smurf ass would just die and go away but at least I have full custody and he has NOTHING.
Lawyers are awesome, they help you out a ton and they tell you tons of things to get together to help the case more.
I hope you guys have been documenting like in a notebook or somewhere to have more exact dates because that looks the best to the judges.

Nope, she won't let us have her more than the court order. We use to have her every other week and still paid the full child support. But than she got a new bf and was trying to play super mom and now won't let us see her that much. Even tho the man lived half way across the United States and she was still passing her to strangers. She will post on fb stuff like "need a sitter". Like she doesn't give a smurf who watches her. I also found out that man was abusing my step daughter. Even called CPS and she stayed with him! Thank god he's out of the picture now tho.
