That poor baby   that breaks my heart. You should get a lawyer. They're expensive but it will be worth it for your daughters quality of life.

I've been documenting and have so many saved texts that she ignores concerns my SO has. I also have proff I took my DD to the DR bc she just let her run around sick for 4 months or so. My DD has also had a cough since she was 1! I found out she has allergies, ME. Not her so called mother. Sad

When my SIL went to court for custody/visitation.. the judge signed an order that said basically if my niece is with one parent, and that parent needs a sitter, they have to call the other parent FIRST and ask if they would like the child, or get the okay to go ahead and get a sitter.


Does that make sense? But yeah, I agree you guys need a good attorney.
