Misspelling a name doesn't make it uncommon. It's still the same name. Pick an uncommon name if you don't like common.

Ellyot and Ellezabeth just look stupid though.

It's not that they are unique spellings, they make you look like you can't spell at all.

I LOVE elliott grace. We don't like Elliot for a boy at all, I think it sounds very girly. And we don't want it to be a common spelling which is why we have the crazy spelling. I think it is so crazy how different people are! Some people LOVE our spellings and name choices, and some....well...lol obviously DON'T!

Absolutely not Swayze, it is not a beautiful, exotic, or appealing sounding name at ALL. Do not do that to your child.

i'm going to have to agree with everyone else, all 3 names are pretty bad and swayze isn't made to be a first name and elliot is a cute name as long as you spell it right... please don't try to make up a "unique" name by butchering an original name.

Ellyitt*

You don't think it makes it look girlier? That's why we chose different spellings for some. Hmm.. good advice ladies, we will be considering these.

Nope. Spelling doesn't effect it at all... it still sounds the same. Spelling just makes it look awful. Not to mention... Ellyitt is not El-ee-ot... it's el-yit.

It's THAT bad?! Good Lord, what is wrong with us lol- When we heard it we were BOTH like AH! I LOVE IT!. None of these comments occured to me at all. I automatically thought it sounded so pretty!

And Ellyitt just looks like you have no idea how to spell. It looks so ugly. If you really want to give your girl a boy name, at least spell it the right way. Spelling it like that doesn't make it 'more' unique.

See....it will never be spelt correctly.

It doesn't make it look more feminine at all.

Swayze is very unappealing to me but its not my child so I cant judge, Im sure there's ppl who dont like the names milo and cora (my babies) but I do like elliot for a girl. I think its different but not strange lol

LOL. Yeaa   Well, that's what BG is for I guess haha. I always come on here & ask about baby names for honest opinions, it's harder to get them in real life.

Okay, Okay. we'll have to work on our spellings. If you guys hate these names you would cringe at what I had picked out at 17 years old! Lol- I must be crazy!

I'm not fond of any of them. We wanted something different for our last one, so we went back to really old school names that you dont hear much anymore.

We were considering Margaret, Jane, Vivienne, Esther, and Eleanor. Eleanor won. Have you considered maybe an older name?
