Not 100% sure how to read it but here my chart is.

Not only does mine describe me well, so do other signs.

Okay. So, in short, the center of the circle is you, with everything around you. The numbers on the outside are the houses, they represent the sky from the location where you were born. This determines where in the sky the sun was rising at the moment of your birth, that is the "AC" to the left of the circle. At that moment, the sun was in Virgo, that is your ascendant, or your "rising" sign.

Your sun and ascendant are in opposite signs, in Virgo (an Earth sign, the sixth of the zodiac) and Pisces (a water sign, the twelfth). Your moon is in Sagittarius, which is a Fire sign. You have some good balance in terms of the elements. (Your Venus is in Aquarius, an Air sign, which means you have at least one of the major planets in all for elements. That's neat!)
