What should I do with it? Not quite half a bird to use up, and I have no idea what to make!

EnchiladasSandwiches.
Chicken Salad.
Add it to a regular salad.
Add it to pasta or rice.

soup, pot pie, Alfredo, chicken tacos?

Pull it apart and make chicken noodle soup.

Individual pot pies in muffin tins for quick meals?

I use it for nachos or bbq or on a lazy day add it to a sandwhich or ramen

Chicken salad, you can make it into sandwitches (go light on the mayo or whatever) and freeze them for easy lunches down the road. or make soup!

Chicken soup and you can also make yummy sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, mayo and cheese
