Hydroxycut sucess stories?

posted 4th Jan
So I lost 20lbs leaving the hospital. Now im on a plato (11 weeks PP). I have 20lbs to go! I eat good, and don't do any unhealthy snacking... no fast food, soda, chips, or stuff like that. I excersize as much as I can caring for my 2 month old and MIL. Any close errands I need to run I usually put LO in the Moby and walk and will usually walk for a hour about 4-5 times a week. Im dying to fit into my jeans! But I still wear my maternity pants.... how embarrassing. So im trying hydroxycut for that extra push, I dont plan on using it for more than a month, if that still.
Did it work for anyone else? How much did you lose in a month?

It didn't work for me. It made me retain water and swell. I have had the best experiences with simple clean eating and exercise.

I didn't take it long enough to notice a difference. I ate well and exercised and still wasn't where I wanted to be at (weight wise). I started taking Hydroxycut and two weeks later I found out I was pregnant so that was the end of that! Lol. I plan on trying again once we're done BFing.

It made me so shaky and gave me stomach cramps..I'm pretty sensitive to stuff like that though. I got the best results with running daily and eating 6 small healthy meals.

I saw your weight-loss progress on your profile! You look awesome. And that little girl as your avi (im assuming is your daughter) is too cute! She has the sweetest smile!
How much do you excersize/workout? MIL is more needing than my 2 month old, so I hardly ever leave the house. But I run up and down the stairs in my house as much as I can... which is hard becuase they are old and have nails sticking out that I have stepped on twice! I tried jump roping... But after I took out a light on the ceiling fan, and an angel figurine I figured jumping rope wasnt meant to be an indoor activity....

Wow.... alrighty, maybe I should look for an alternative.
It does not make me shaky... but it does give me extra energy which I like because I usually just so tired alllll the time! So it gives me the energy I need to get through the day and do what I need to do.

Thank you   Yes that's my little girl.

I do cardio 30 minutes-60 minutes 6 days a week and don't eat processed foods. I do NOT eat any "diet" food or "healthy" food like Healthy Choice or junk like that. If I don't make it myself, I don't eat it. It has worked wonders for me.

I do drink a ton of green tea. Not arizona, fresh hot Zen green tea. But I will look into green tea coffee extract. Is it a pill? It dosnt sound too appetizing as a drink...

That sounds reasonable. How long have you been doing this?
Im dont eat thoes Healthy Choice things either, I rather make my own home cooked meal. But I am going to try eating 6 small meals a day, I think one of my biggest problems is I hardly eat, so when I do my body just keeps it!
But MIL is going out to the doctors for an hour! So this is my chance to talk LO for a walk!!

My before photos were taken on August 9th. I would still like to lose 30lbs before the anniversary of my new lifestyle but I fell off the wagon a little bit which set me back.

Also, try juicing! I just started and replace breakfast with homemade fruit and veggie juice. It actually tastes really good and gets you tons of vitamins and helps cleanse you of toxins.
