The meals are a good idea. No I don't think he'll be early but my entire family does so it wouldn't hurt to be prepared.

Where do you get the tea?

It has to be red raspberry LEAF tea. Look at the ingredients and make sure it's the leaves, and not the fruit itself. Red raspberry flavored tea won't do anything, except maybe give you a sugar rush

Okay. Thanks. Ill let her know! Shes been holding steady at 1cm so if she starts drinking it now it should still have some effect on strengthening her uterus even since its possible she may go over. Never know.

You can take it orally, as well as insert it vaginally. I started to take it orally, but it caused insane heart burn, so be prepared for that. I was too lazy to do it vaginally at night

I got mine at Walgreens. It "ripens" the cervix. It won't make you dilate, but it's supposed to soften your cervix so you efface sooner and when you do dilate it should be quicker. Some people credit the epo for making it so they didn't tear, as well.

They have them at Walmart and Target under "Pregnancy Tea". Or you could get it online, or in a vitamin store. A lot of organic stores and Co-ops will have them as well.
Here is the kind I drank:
