Have to Have Item...GO!

Okay, when you are grocery shopping what are you absolute healthy staples you always have to have!

I'm making my shopping list and I want my house 'cleaner' with better foods and I suck at creativity.

Also, I'm a single disabled mom of two kids that goes to school AND works so cut me some slack! lol

Pineapple! It's the first thing I buy. Also green beans, spinach and kale. I make smoothies and throw some veggies in there to get more nutrition and different vitamins  .

Spinach,tomatoes,peppers, ground turkey, and chicken breasts are my staples.

Umm I like to get lots of fruit, grapes,pears,oranges,
wheat bread, eggs, yogurt

I always get banana's (or another type or fresh fruit), wheat bread, frozen greens beans and/or peas. A head of lettuce and tomato's and a cucumber to make a side salad with dinners. ummm... I snack a lot at work and have been getting hummus with crackers/carrots/snap peas to dip.

I always get fruits and veggies and yogurt. Whole grain crackers and things like that.

They can always have fruit or yogurt or both for breakfast with veggies and fruit or pb crackers and veggies for a snack.
