Yeah I have pcos and read that if I cut out starch it really helps. I didn't eat any kind of starch either. I had a whole meal plan that I stuck to and it worked great.
If you want a buddy to help motivate you, you can pt me and we can help each other. My gma just told me that if I get down to my hola size shell take me out and buy me new clothes  . So I'm starting my healthy living again. I gained over 50lbs with DS so I'm heavier than before I lost weight the first time :/.

Lol at 400 calories as a snack... And do they even make twinkles anymore? ;) the thing I hate is I'm pretty active, I race motocross and I drag race cars, I run a bit everyday and I don't eat late. It pisses me off that I can't lose any weight

My mom does the flat belly diet. She loves it and had put everyone on her house on it. I think because we all love avocados. But then my brother was misdiagnosed as being type 2 diabteic. He's 20 years old 5'6 and 140 lbs. So obviously everyone was shocked. But anyway my whole family then went on the diabetic diet. Even though it turned out he wasn't 6 months later they have stayed on it. They have all lost weight. They excersice and do the diabetic diet and the weight has been staying off for everyone.

I'd start slow, reduce portion sizes, make better food choices and start getting a bit more active. You can do lots of little things to increase your activity level. Park at the back of the parking lot so you have to walk further to the store. Walk a few lps around the store browsing before buying what you need. Play upbeat music when you are cleaning and dance. Eat your food slowly, drink ice water and look into making healthy alternatives for your favorite snacks. The weight will come off, not fast and easy but slowly and most important in a healthy way.

It's probably because you aren't eating enough calories during the day.

If you don't, whatever you put in your mouth turns to fat because your body needs a certain amount to survive.

Yep 400 cals as a snack and not to brag but I have a pretty banging body. I didn't need to starve myself to achieve it. This is the 3rd time I'm saying this but you have to eat to lose weight.

Dieting is not just about starving, its eating with proper planning. According to me a successful diet plan is the one in which you lose weight and not health, so whenever you make your diet plan keep in mind about your own health.
