I have this one. DH came home from work one day when DS was about 3 weeks old. He asked what I was doing monday (our one year anniversery) and Im like IDK. And he said Oh. Wanna go get married? lol. To this day I dont think I ever said yes. lol. He proposed with a cheep ring he got online. We got this one a few months later. He picked it out because of the heart in the side when you look at it.

Engagement ring was a simple sapphire, not big or anything and that is how I like it lol. Wedding band also simple, band with design in it.

Our proposal was a mutual one, hence why it's "ours." We were laying in bed just talking when he said sometimes he wished he oould just marry me already, so I told him well propose and we will lol. He cried while coming up with a speech on the spot, to this day neither of us really know what he said, just that I said "yes..duh".

Not the best picture.. Lol But this was supposed to be my wedding ring.. We got engaged on July 25, 2009.. And our engagement story is funny.. We had met in Jan '09 started 'officially' dating in March '09 and moved into our own little apartment in April '09 (shortly after we found out I was pregnant which sadly ended in a miscarriage in May) Yeah we were FAST movers!! Lol Anyways so I wanted to get engaged and we always talked about it. So I knew it was coming soon, and my mom worked in the jewelry section at JC Penney's as a second job at this time.. So she even showed me the ring she picked out for Jon to propose with a few weeks before the proposal!! Ugh.. Lol So anyways after seeing the ring and knowing he had it one night I was begging and begging to know when it was going to happen!! I hate surprises!! Well, not really but I hate knowing there's a surprise and not knowing when/what!! Anyways after begging and begging to know if he got a ring   he yelled "JUST WAIT UNTIL SATURDAY"     Yup, that was about the face I made! I couldn't believe he told me!! So I knew ALL week I was getting proposed to on Saturday. Anyways Saturday came and it was beautiful even though I knew it was coming! I didn't cry though, I probably would have if it was unexpected! Lol We set a date for 10/10/10 and started going to bridal shows, my dad bought my dress for me in Nov '09 and my mom bought my wedding ring for Jon and I as a Christmas gift.. But then life happened and we didn't plan very well, a bunch of stuff came up in August/September '10 so our 10/10/10 wedding never happened   We hadn't reset the date yet and I had been wanting to wear my wedding ring forever!! I had had it for over a year now and I actually picked it out, so I just started wearing it as my 'new engagement ring' I got pregnant in Dec '10 and even MORE life happened!! Haha so fast forward to today and we JUST applied for our marriage license last week and will be getting married on March 6th (our 4 year 'official' dating anniversary) I haven't decided yet if I am going to get a new ring or not.. And I'm pretty sure I won't be fitting into my 3 year old wedding dress anytime soon!   Ugh lol -Wow that was long!

The engagement ring is a gorgeous solitaire in white gold band but the band is a cheap o from ebay because I'm getting the diamond reset into this:

He proposed to me a few years ago in our grow room when we were growing pot. It was really pretty amongst all the flowers buttt not really a story I could tell friends and family.
We ended up breaking up for almost a yr and when we got back together this summer we just talked and decided to get married. I had my engagement ring tucked away because he was suing me for it in court so I just put it back on and that was that.

My proposal is NOT romantic... We were eating pizza, watching Scarface and I was 8 months pregnant, lol...

The bottom wedding ring was my husbands, mine used to be under my engagement ring and not on top. The engagement ring is 4 small diamonds made to look like one princess cut. My husband thought it was just 1 diamond when he got it lol.
