is this a tooth?

shes 4mo and she has this one and one directly about it. I thought the 1st teeth usually come thru the front 1st not the side teeth so thats y I'm asking lol
another thing is that is that it looks like its coming thru the side of her gums not thru the top

Looks like it. My.cousins teeth came in funky like that. He got molars first. Hah.
