Mexican pizza! Basically toasted tortillas ripped with taco seasoned chicken meat, dives tomatoes and shredded cheeses and baked to meld all the flavors. Super yummy and a nice twist on a common meal

And to keep this on topic, we're having salmon tonight. Haven't figured out what to cook on the side. Probably just some grilled asparagus which is always good.

Asparagus is yummy, I had it for the first time about a year ago!
