Yummy! I haven't made that in forever. Last time I had some zucchini that needed to be used so I used that as well & it was scrupmtious!

Chili. I have yet to meet a single person who doesn't love chili.

The kind I make is pretty tame but SO delicious. It's easy as hell too. All you need to do is cook a pound of beef and while that's on the stove you dice a red pepper, green pepper, and an onion. Once the beef is good to go you add a can or two of tomato soup (depending on how soupy you want it to be) and then add the veggies. Let this simmer for a few minutes and then throw it in a crock pot to cook for the rest of the day. Keep it on low heat though! If you get it too hot it will turn into soup. You can also add crushed red pepper or jalapenos to make it spicy or even buy one of those packages of McCormick chili flavoring. Or both.

This can all be ready in less than half an hour but the longer you let it cook the better.

Oh and while you're cooking the chili you can boil some potatoes and then mash them. Add a little milk and butter to the potatoes to make them super creamy. (Milk is KEY.) Don't use the instant potatoes or pre-made mashed potatoes... It takes no time at all to mash them yourself and it tastes so much better, especially with the skins.

As for veggies you can leave what's in the chili or add something to the side. Anything will do.

I am thinking I will make spaghetti with meat sauce for dinner with garlic bread. I have been wanting to make it for awhile but always end up making something else haha.

It is very tasty. I need to do it more. Just slice it thin and salt it for a little while prior to breading it.
