Icy hot

Is icy hot safe to use when your pregnant? I'm 33 weeks and I would b putting it on my back. TIA  

Is that like deep freeze? a cream that cools the muscles? I have previously used deep heat but i would have a google really? sorry not muchhelp

My doctor told me I can use those icy hot patches.. so I assume icy hot cream is fine too.

Oh! And I used it once just the other day. I didn't leave it on for 8 hours though, just for about 30 minutes and it helped a lot.
