Newly Single

my ex-partner and i were together for almost 10 years. then on new years eve he up and leaves, he just said he had enough. im devastated, i know i will be fine looking after the children, i have 3, and 6 yo a 4 yo and a 10month old. its just the loss of him has hit me really hard. the kids have taken it really well and i am so proud of them. im just looking for some help on how to deal with being newly single xx

focus on the kids and making this as easy as they can be in this situation keeping yourself busy with them and just making things as stable as they can be that is more than a full time job just for you after so many years much less for your children things are gonna be like a roller coaster and having a mom with her stuff together not only is it rare but its the best thing ever also find a gf a loyal as hell gf to help you be that rock for your family even when you feel like hiding under the bed some days
