i think its payback..

As a child I had colic. My mom said it was so bad that she was in tearsd aily until I outgrew it. Well my baby girl just cries and cries. I can get her to setlle down in my arms but as soon as I put her down she cries. It was so bad lastnight thaat I haven't been to sleep. She's been fed, changed, burped etc.

What do u do to comfort your baby?

Have you tried a swing or glider just to give yourself a break?

It could be gas, i would try to move both her legs side to side kind of pushed against her stomach, and if its gas that will help alot! My daughter at 2 weeks was crying excessively one night and it was just gas(: & now doing that every night for her helps with her gas

She will be calm for about 5 minutes in the swing. She isn't like this once it hits arounnd 8 a.m. then she will sleep.

Is she itty bitty? If so, maybe just work with what she gives you?

It sucks I know. I'm dealing with a 17 month old who won't stay asleep in her crib tonight, it sucks.

Yeah she's only 2 weeks. Oh trust me I know how that goes my 2 1/2 yr has been doing that for the past year now.

Ugh it sucks, right! The swing has always been our backup. In fact our issue right now is weaning her off the swing!

If she's that itty bitty I would say sleep whenever she will let you, but with a toddler I'm not sure. I wish you luck though!

Is she breast or formula fed? I was having the same issue with my little girl and we switched her formula from regular similac to similac soy. Once that got into her system, we haven't had a problem. She wasn't able to pass gas on the regular similac, so it just all got stuck and painful. We also give Lily a bath whenever she's extra fussy. She loves it and it tires her out.

Formula. After spitting up issues in the hospital she was immediately. Put on isomil soy. She still seems fussy, gassy. We decided to try new bottles. Because I noticed she was sucking in a lot of air.
