Sleep schedule.

accidentally erased on my phone..

Basically this is what I wrote (very paraphrased lol) , I feed my 4 year old son right before bed. He cries that hes hungry when hes ready and tucked in just to stay up (even though I just feed him) Nosy grandma walks in has opinion about my mothering. Two crazy people in my ear. Need advice on how to get my son back on schedule

Id find something he doesn't like and tell him that's all he can eat. If he really is that hungry then he would eat it. Maybe offer a snack an hour or so before his regular bed time and then offer him stuff he doesn't want if he asks for food at bed time.

If he says he doesn't want that then tell him if he truly was starving and that hungry then he would eat. So he can eat it or go to bed.

Thanks, Ive tried this. Tonight he ate Chicken (the meat off 2 thighs) some rice a steamed veggies (broccoli, carrots and cabbage) around 630 -7ish had a small doughnut for dessert. Right before 10 I said bedtime! He said Im hungry k cool. go get any snack you want. He comes back with some yogurt and a banana. He ate both washed up and go into bed then was hungry again.. Even I would get up and make him something he loved he wouldn't eat it. He just wants to be up.
He such a good boy all day long but bed time is just been blah this past weeks
