I did just read that this case has been turned over to the state's attorney general, who is going to prosecute the case.

Yeah, seeing as one of the parties that she was unconsciously drug to and raped was at the prosecuting attorneys house, i don't think she cared.

Its horrendous. I live like 45 minutes from there, my alma mater plays them in football. If this is what majority of them act like, my daughter will not being leaving the house while they are in town.

So if it happened at the DA's house, she couldn't prosecute it anyway, because of conflict of interest, especially if one is her son.
