I don't understand my body at all! One minute I feel like I am starving....then as soon as I get up and put the oven on to cook something the thought of food just sickens me, and I lose all my interest in eating. I am 31 weeks is this normal? What can I do? Oh and if I do eat even after I feel sick from the thought I do actual get nauseous like I am going to throw it back up, so lately I have just turned off the oven and sat back down and not ate. But then guess what 30 minutes passes and I feel like I am starving again until I get up to fix something and it repeats itself. What could this be HELPPPP am I hungry or not lol. What should I do?
I feel like this the whole time I am pregnant. Suck on mints, eat SMALL portions & eat raw foods like fruits, veggies, nuts & such. That is what worked best for me. The two easiest things were bananas & pears & then sometimes I could eat peanut butter off a spoon. Not a great meal, but better than nothing.
