half as often as a tampon...for a max of every 12 hours.

I change mine every 6, but I have a really heavy flow.

also nice... you can wear them when expecting a period.. OR when spotting. No dry tampon to pull out.

I'm a nurse.. I'll throw one in before a busy shift if I'm expecting my period... so no leaking worries
