I had a csection and was climbing hills and walking around the dog park the day after I came home -shurg-

I must be a baby then. lol.

I tore so bad I couldnt even sit right for the first two weeks, let alone walk around for the hell of it.

I used a mart cart for shopping for about 5 days but everything else no. I had no choice but to move. I live on a 3rd floor with only steps. I carried the baby up in his seat the day we got home lol

I took breaks haha but still did it. I figured no reason to sit around being miserable. My poor doggy was stuck with out us for 5 days and got the baby out in the fresh air so it was good.
