To me, avon sucks but it's because so many people sell it and where I live it's a small town. It cost $10 to start. You have to make like $50 each order before you can earn anything and it's every two weeks that orders must be placed.

Have you ever tried mark? It's connected with avon but with mark you don't have to have orders every often and no matter how much you sell, you still make 30 percent and unlike avon, you get discounts on your personal orders.

wasn't a fan, website was cool tho, and when i had my son i took a month off and they shut my site down and didn't bother to re join, its cheap start up but the catalogs are costly and you gotta know where you are gunna get your customers its only worth it if you can sell at least 200 worth of stuff every 2 weeks...but if you can do that its totally nice little income

Unless you already know people that buy it, I personally think its a waste of time. I did it when I first moved up here, because I couldn't work anywhere else, and I needed something to help me pass the time, and I still felt it was a waste of time.

A friend started doing it and quit after 2 months because her neighborhood already had an Avon lady and people bought from her. She also had to buy all of her samples and pay for things when people wouldn't pick them up. It was pretty frustrating

I sell Avon, it isn't hard just depends on if you're close to your customers and upline. Since I've not had a job it's the only way that I've been able to make a little money here and there. There's bonus' you can get and bundles for yourself so that's always nice. But besides that it's okay. :/

And it seems like people would rather buy stuff from walmart because it's cheaper.
