Yea I've nursed DD there multiple times- your fine. Like I said my favorite place was during the shows. But I've also Sat around the Sesame Bay of play while DS played. It's totally legal they can't say anything to you. I've never had an issue though.

I'd use the rooms personally because they are air conditioned, you'll be out of the sun, they usually have super comfy rocking chairs or recliners and it'll be easier to relax and have let down and for the baby to focus on feeding without all the fun distractions

I'm just bitter my state sucks. People think it's fine everywhere. Sadly it isn't. I guess I say it more for people to be appreciative of what they have that not all of us are allowed.

Just curiosity do they actually enforce it? Or is it just one of those old laws that no one ever got around to changing?

The state is actively fighting national laws protecting mothers. Its indecent exposure. Which is a sex crime that makes you have to register.
