I have had a VBA2C and I think at some point my little girl's placenta was around her face area like that and near the scar , but it wasn't acreta. If it was, I think your doctor would of been obviously more concerned and would of suggested further testing.

Try to relax, I know it's nerve wracking. Working towards my 2nd vba2c. It's already making me nervous lol.

My Doctor doesn't know that its even there yet. I see her this week.

The reasn it could be a concern is that since a section scar is usually so low on the uterus, if it's touching the scar then it also has the potential to be touching the cervix, it's the whole reason why moms with a history of previous c section are at an increased chance of a previa. The acreta would be a bigger risk but also harder to miss if they did the infra red profile during the ultrasound
