Ahh yes, having a prior vaginal birth makes a big difference the whole proven pelvis. I got much further on my own with DD then DS so I'm hopefully this time will be different. And if nothing else at least baby comes when she's ready.

No doula we can't really afford one. Just bought our house a couple months ago and have to get a van this month. Hoping my friend who is awesome and very knowledgable can come but I'm not 100% sure since she's 13 weeks behind me and high risk. I'm hoping though

Find someone who is adoula in training. They won't make you pay since they need you do be cer.

Ahh I looked into it when I was trying for my VbAc with DD and I could find anyone I was comfortable with I don't really like people I don't know touching me. I'd much rather have my friend there.

Well my doula was my doula 1st now we are getting very close.

Yes, which is why I agreed with you... But as I stated, I doubt her doctor missed that. He or she doesn't seem super supportive anyways and that's something thy would have looked for to discourage her VBAC attempt. And as long as she is managing her clotting disorder she should be fine. Vaginal or c-section, both have their risks. I have a clotting disorder too and it was never an issue with my vaginal delivery. However with my c-sections it was a huge deal.

I found two ICAN groups but I'm not sure how close they are to you. One is in Ann Arbor and the other is in Grand Rapids... You might also call one of them and see if they have closer groups. I did that for mine and found a group about 20 minutes from me

Same here. Its only a big issue if I bust or something.
