Spinal headache??

posted 3rd Jan
So I got the epidural, when I did I jumped but it didn't bother me at all. Very unpainful. Anyways at about 12 days pp I started getting this killer lower back pain and a severe headache that doesn't seem to go away. Could it be a spinal headache even though it didn't show up until 12 days pp

Yes I still get them 5 months later. You need to go in and get a blood patch, it will help!

Not sure.. But i started getting them after 3 days.. On going pain.. I couldn't sit up, walk, do anything. I had to crawl to the bathroom. I just wanted to sleep all day long... Nothing helped.. When i stood up it felt like all my blood was going to my brain and it was going to explode..

Blood patch is pretty much the only relief.. I went to the ER the night that i started getting them, it was full in there and the light killed my head. So i left and toughed it out.. They went away after two weeks.

Well if when you lay completely flat you feel better its probably a spinal. A blood patch is when they take blood from your arm vein and put it into your back to close up any type of nick causing the spinal headache.
