Sounds like she was trying to trap him to get more evidence.

The conversation is not mine my friend who took place in this conversation said she went along to try and get more evidence and goes on to say that his preference in girls is age 14. I just don't know of what with she gave me if I can contact police or if it has to be her?

They can confiscate his computer, phone, etc and find all of that crap stored in there. That is absolutely smurfing disgusting and it's just a matter of time before he makes his fantasies a reality.
