I've done a stupid thing.O

DD is ten months.

We cosleep.

All the time!

She sleeps so poorly that when she naps, I nap with her... Or hold her while she sleeps and do something else.

So now shes used to being held in her sleep. Is there any tips to make it easier for her to sleep on her own.

try to go back to ONLY co-sleeping in bed?

I'm having this same problem with my two-month old. he has to be laying on my chest or I have to have my arms wrapped around him. :/ makes it hard for me to sleep. good luck!
