4 year old temper tantrums!!

Hello!!! I think I finally got desperate!!! I feel like I have tried everything with my stubborn, hard headed 4 year old daughter... I am a young, single mom but I feel like I have always tried to discipline to the best of my ability. Growing up my brother and I were not disciplined at all. Anything we wanted we got and if we didn't we eventually got our way because our parents gave in. I am trying really hard for this it to be the case with my 4 year old daughter. Ever since she was a newborn I made her sleep in her own bed. My child has cried every night for the last 3 and a half years about going to bed. She also has went to preschool and is currently in prek and cries every single day I drop her off. I even hand her over to her teacher and leave with her crying because if I didn't I would be late to work and she still screams everyday. If we are at the store and she sees something she wants and cries for it and I say no she keeps asking and asking and asking but I NEVER give in and she still continues to do so. I am beyond stressed out and I just have no idea what to do with her. I feel like she is a wild child half the time and I feel like I have tried my best to set boundaries with her but she just has no recollection of them. I am a single mom and I work 50-60 hours a week and we live by ourselfs with family 2 hours away. Some days I am just so stressed I can't see straight. I need advice on ways to discipline that she will understand because the word "no" clearly is not working no matter how much I say it.

I am reading the book How to talk so Kids will Listen and Listen so Kids will Talk. Awesome book, I highly recommend it.

There is a glitch with the new accounts, they say deleted but they are active.

I don't remember BG being this bad. So many posts with people having wildly odd ideas about child development and what their children need. I'm shocked. I've only logged in a few times since our first FB group (whenever that was), i know i used to get frustrated a lot on here but not this much. I think i need to stick to mothering.com lol
