No I'm not gonna call the interent police I'm gonna unsubscribe them and call them a bunch of judgemental smurfheads   which I feel much better about now I just needed to vent I'm sick of being told I can't give someone advice on circ when all moms should he well informed before they pick. I don't believe in circs either unless it's a religious belief. I hate how society made uncIrcimzied penis's gross or all that. I penis is a penis. They all look the same hard to me... it's like giving a poor baby boy all that pain just to fit in. News flag more kids are uncircumcised now. Its gonna be the norm. It sounds like circumcision topics have started a lot of drama in the past and the admin has ruled that topic to be not allowed simply to avoid drama. Let it go.

Also, Mara is an exceptionally liberal forum admin. But there are still some things you just don't say on BG and you can be banned for them.

Because flexibility works for BG. It doesn't, however, deal for every site - especially a site geared towards teens who, like it or not, are more likely to act irresponsibly than adults are.

Like I said, she is exceptionally liberal. I've been involved with many online forum communities throughout the years and it is uncommon for there to be no taboos. Most forums have rules regarding what can and can't be posted.

I don't let personal feelings get involved. As long as no one is being hateful. Like if someone says "I circ'd my son and its personal choice" and then someone who is against circ'ing says "You're a horrible parent and you are mutilating your child." Then I wouldn't let it it fly. Its ok to make a point but nobody needs to say something like that. I actually read that on a young mommy page. Its mean and it starts fights. Most of the mom's on the page I admin for know eachother and we're all relaxed and ok with eachother's choices and decisions. Because when it comes down to it, it isn't your child to make decisions for. I mean your as in a general sort of term. You can PM me if you'd like.

What really pisses me off though and I known you only used it as an exaple but exactly what you said two moms bitchong well what about the moms who do circ that call our sons "dirty, and not accepted by God" I never see anyone get in smurf for attacking an intactivist only moks who express their opinuons about not doing it. Same with breastfeed. Moms who breast feed get attacked more for bfing in public instead of one who formula feeds. I think people need to look at both sides before deciding which one is wrong and out of line

That's the culture of pretty much every motherhood forum.

I wouldn't let that fly either. Because that is just as mean and hateful. I don't see that end as much. It goes on in every controversial topic. It just makes me rage when I see "You're a horrible parent" or "I feel bad for your kid." Some one on this site said that to me when I posted on a thread about solids. I had fruits and veggies backwards. Not a big deal to me, or most people. But some girl said "I feel bad for your kid." Thats when I say, say that to my face. Please. Lol.
Every mother (for the most part) is doing their best to raise their child. And for some bitch, for lack of a better word, to say that is completely intolerable. We all have the same goal. We are all doing the same job. Just because someone does it differently doesn't mean you can spout off and be hateful.
I wish people could be a little nicer. There's no sense in being mean. Especially on the internet.

I got told my son is going to resent me because I didn't get my boy done. I find mothers who are not informed to be the annoying ones who will fight about this stuff. I hate it when people accuse me of being to poor to get it done. Yea I was poor but even if I had the money I wouldn't have because I belieVe different. I did research but that won't make anyone think I'm a good mom if someone made up there mind. Some guy started talking about spanking that I won't disipline my son but I will spank while having sex which pissed me off. No I won't spank since I was a victim of child abuse from the age of 2. If your well informed your not closed minded and won't attack someone for what they dI'd with there child. I won't bash a mom ever for it.
