We did a huge third birthday because we took Tate to Disney World!! We visited Magic Kingdom on his birthday and were chosen to open the park!!!!!!!

We had the chefs bake him a cake and they sang happy birthday and brought out a #3 candle with the cake lit up and everything.

It was a great celebration and I cant wait to do it for my daughter this September!

Thanks for sharing that lol definitely wont' be going to Disney Land but it would be fun! Lucky him.

I'm trying to figure that out too. DS will be 3 in April but we've never had a party for him. He's only ever got one present from us and a cupcake. So we're doing a big one this year. He's really into spongebob, cars and scooby doo. But mainly tractors. So I think we're gonna do a John Deere theme. And he's getting a John Deere tractor for his present.

For my son's 3rd birthday we did a Cars theme. We took the kids to a Bounce House and then had a party at the house. Honestly I still wouldn't do it huge though. My son at 3 loves to play with just a few of his closest friends and cousins and probably wouldn't have had as much fun if there were a ton of kids.

My son loves cars lol that will most definitely be our theme if we decide to throw him one! :] But you're right I have friends with kids but we don't know THAT many people haha.

My son has a winter birthday. No real theme but I did blue and silver and white decorations and polar bear cupcakes. It was small but fun and he had a blast.

I don't have a son, but for my daughter's 3rd birthday we had a bounce house and a swimming party. The theme was Hawaiian luau.

This baby will be a summer baby too, and we will do the same boy or girl just depending on what their interests are is what the theme will be.

Yep we mostly had all the cousins and kids from his Dad's side of the family that he is closer to and he had a great time with them
