Lactose intolerant
posted 3rd Jan
So i've been having some stomache issues for a long time, and I never really knew what was going on. I had been having: Extreme gas pains, gurgling tummy, pain in abdomen, diarrhea 30-2 hours after eating.
I don't know why, but I decided to look up symptoms of Lactose intolerance and bam, there are ALL my symptoms.
*sigh* So now i'm gonna run some self tests and see if that's what it is.
Does anyone have this? What are your symptoms? And can this be confused with anything else?

Sounds just like my kids. They drink lactaid or lactose free. It takes up to 6 weeks to get all of lactose out of your system. So don't have anything with lactose until after that, if you do transition over.

I'm going to try that and see what happens. I hope it's not that case, but its sounding like it.

It's not that bad. At all. Lactose free milk is very sweet and a lot of dairy products have a low lactose content so you might be able to get away with your everyday dairy products such as yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, butter.

Lactose free milk is creamy and delicious. More sweet than regular milk.
My sons can have cheese, sour cream, cream cheese. But not too much yogurt or ice cram or regular milk or they get the craps for 2 days.

You'll find what u can annd can't have they have all kinds of stuff now for lactose free, its a lil more expensive because they hae some *enzyme* that disolvs the lactose, so its exactly the same thing just not the *crappy* effect... no pun intended...
