multi vitamin for almost 3 year old

Yesterday SO went to the urgent care to get antibiotics for a sinus infection. Well we also found out he has high blood pressure it was 156/100. He eats pretty unhealty and gained 50 pounds between my two pregnancies. So he is a little over weight for his size. He is 5'7 and 250 lbs. So I have decided as a family we all are going to start to eat healthier. But will it be bad to give our DD who will be three in a march a daily vitamin like the flinstone ones? She eats fairly healthy in fact she will not eat most sweets like cake or anything. She loves yogurt fruit chicken pork etc.... But can be kinda picky if I make eggs, spagetti, ham or anything that she doesnt know what it is.

Its not bad. My daughter gets the flintstones one.

DD gets a gummy vitamin everyday. She loves it. We take our vitamins together.

Yeah we has given them to dd since about 2 or 3. She loves them. She picks the cartoon she wants. Then she has to come show me every day the lens she got haha

No it won't be bad at all. My 3 year old has gotten a multivitamin since he was 1 1/2.

Are the gummy and the regular chewable the same? I know there is a few different types. Is one better than the other?

My kiddo takes the Disney vitamins, Kroger has them buy one get one free quite often.

I think they're all probably comparable. Dd liked gummies.

Yeah probably. Some kids probably don't wanna chew a hard one and taste it all powdery. We just go to Walmart and let her pick. Sometimes I there's a cheaper one we encourage it. But ultimately I just let her choose because I she's not excited to take them then she won't and it'll be a struggle.
