This is DD in her convertible car seat.

Is she big enough or no? Some angles look like she is, but if I look from below it doesn't look okay. I need outside opinions!

If she is RF the harness needs to be at or below her shoulders not above. What are the limits of the seat? I believe that one can be used from 5lbs and up so she is fine.

I think she looks good. But check the manual. It will give you a min inch rule. If she's above that its fine.

She looks good in the 2nd and 3rd pic, but the first pic looks like the seat is swallowing her lol. As long as she meets the weight requirements I'd say she is good to go.

What's her height/weight/age (some carseats go by different combos of them), and what does it say on the carseat?

I wouldn't be comfortable yet. Rory has one that the straps are like that like that and we only use it like 1 day a week. Its a secondary seat.

The min weight for that car seat is 5 lbs so that would mean a newborn. I would say she is big enough then!

She's met the inch rule since 4 months, but her shoulders were 3 inches below.   It says 5lbs, but I don't know what 5lb baby would be taller than my 8.5 month old lol.

She's met the inch requirement since she was really little, but her shoulders were waaaaaaaaaaay below the straps. Now it's debatable.

The straps look above her shoulders to me

Awwww. LOL She'll get there. Put her in a thick ole cloth diaper, maybe that'll give her the boost she needs. ;]
