Mucus Plug?

posted 3rd Jan
I'm 33 weeks 3 days pregnant. Is it too early to start loosing my mucus plug? If not, how do I know for sure that it is? TMI but my discharged has been different, really light brown coming with it, once it was light light pink blood. The amount of the discharge coming is way more now. TMI ..... It can soak up my panty liner

it can regenerate it's self. If you are worried about it call your OB in the morning and tell them what is going on.

I lost mine @ 32 weeks called the office they said don't worry. I went in labor the next day and had my DD 2 days later! If you have an appointment soon I would let them know. I've known of others who loose it over and over!

Oh wow & yes my appointment is on wensday. I know this may not mean anything but my BH have been getting stronger. Will they be able to check me for dilation this far along? or they wont even bother. I'm just curious to know if I've dilated at all .

I was hospitalized the day after loosing mine because the contractions started. I thought they were braxton hicks they checked me and I was only a fingertip dilated and after the 3 terbutaline to stop the contractions and shot of betamethasone to help develop her lungs and a few hour stay I was discharged. I went home and still labored all night. The next morning at my Dr appointment I was 5 cm dilated and shipped to a hospital with a level 1 nicu!

 wooww...
I am most definitely making sure I mention this at my appointment. I already had to have my contractions stop at 29 weeks but it was due to dehydration before and after surgery.
