Pooping.

My 7 week old preemie hasn't pooped in over 24 hours. Is this normal? I plan to call the pediatrician's office in the morning if she doesn't go throughout the night. She has only been home from the NICU 3 days so I'm not too sure what her normal routine has been. She eats Similac Neosure.

Is her belly hard? Does she look to be in pain trying to poop but nothing coming out?

She doesn't seem to be in pain or discomfort. Her belly looks okay as of right now. I will keep an eye on it

Feel her stomach, it'll be noticeably harder if she is backed up.

Neosure is very hard on the tummy, we had to give pruine juice when my baby was on it
