I know I've done this a few times, but I think I may have it narrowed down now. Scott is my dad's name and I really want it tied in there, and James just sounds good (And ALL of my uncles happen to have some form of James in their names).
Last name is Allen.

I think so too, but it's weird at the same time because my dad's name is Scott Allan so Carson Scott Allen is so similar, but I do like it.

Even though James is a filler (most of the times) I think Carson James sounds better than Carson Scott.

Yeah I'm starting to realize Carson James is very common. Carson wasn't even a name I heard much until I decided to give the name to my son. But that's how it always seems to go I've noticed.
