Shins are fine. My knees kill me but I'm carrying extra weight so that's probably the reason

Lame   I had an allergy induced asmtha attack once I thought I was going to die. Totally scary.

Yay, Im not the only one. lol. Never made it past a week and a half. But that was with a few rest days more than the scheduled one. I plan on restarting this coming week, and getting thru it this time. *praying*
